Terms of Service

Using this site means you accept these terms. They apply to everyone who browses, orders, or contacts us. festiviaz (festiviaz.com) is an online store operated by HELM COMMERCE LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, 212 N 2nd St, Ste 100, Richmond, KY 40475, United States ("we", "us").

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You must give a real delivery address in the United States and a payment method you are entitled to use.

2. When the sale is made

Your order is an offer, and the sale is made when we email you a confirmation. Until then we may decline it. We decline orders where the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, the payment fails a check, or the address is outside the areas we serve.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Shipping is $7.95 on orders under $60 and free on orders of $60 or more, as set out in our Shipping Policy. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

4. Product descriptions

We describe items as accurately as we can, and colors vary between screens. Measurements are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerance. Materials are described as our supplier states them. Where an item is plated rather than solid metal, the listing says so. Items are made by our supplier and ship from China.

5. Personalized items

You are responsible for the spelling you submit. We make the item exactly as entered. A misspelling you supplied is not a fault and is not returnable.

6. Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Our liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss, and nothing here removes rights you have under US consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@festiviaz.com if you think someone else has used it.

9. Content on this site

The text, layout and branding on this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use. Product photographs are supplied by our supplier for the goods we resell. If you believe material here infringes your rights, write to support@festiviaz.com with the details and we will investigate and remove it where appropriate.
