festiviaz sells necklaces and gift sets, boxed and ready to hand over. Most of what we stock is bought as a present: a birthstone for a daughter, five linked rings for a fiftieth, a name in script for someone who has everything else.
Who we are
festiviaz is an online-only store operated by HELM COMMERCE LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. Our registered business address is 212 N 2nd St, Ste 100, Richmond, KY 40475, United States. That address is for mail and legal notices only. It is not a shop, showroom or warehouse.
What we actually do
We choose the pieces, write the listings, and handle the customer side. We do not manufacture. Our stock is made and shipped by a supplier in China, and parcels travel from their warehouse straight to your door. That is why delivery takes 11 to 17 business days rather than two, and we would rather say so on this page than let you find out from a tracking number.
Why the gift angle
Jewelry bought for yourself and jewelry bought for someone else are different purchases. The second one has a deadline, a person attached to it, and a moment where it gets opened. So we lean into the parts that matter for that: which necklaces come with a printed card, which lengths sit at the collarbone, which stones match which month.
What we will not tell you
We do not claim things we cannot show you. We do not describe plated pieces as solid gold. We do not put a certification on a page without the paperwork behind it. Materials are described as our supplier states them, and where a supplier's listing makes a claim we cannot verify, we leave it off rather than repeat it. There are no customer reviews on this site yet, because we are a new store.
