festiviaz is an online store operated by HELM COMMERCE LLC. The Richmond, Kentucky address is our registered business address for mail and legal notices. It is not a shop, showroom or warehouse, and returns sent there cannot be processed. Orders ship from our supplier's warehouse in China.
