Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States.

What shipping costs

Shipping is $7.95 on orders under $60, and free on orders of $60 or more. The threshold is based on your merchandise total after discounts and before tax. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.

How long delivery takes

Expect your order 11 to 17 business days after you place it. That is made up of two separate stages:

1. Processing: 3 to 5 business days. The order is checked, picked and handed to the carrier.
2. Transit: 8 to 12 business days. The parcel travels to you and is handed to USPS for the final leg.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and US public holidays are not counted. Orders placed after 6:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) start processing the next business day.

Where orders ship from

Your order ships from our supplier's warehouse in China. We do not hold stock in the United States. We tell you this up front because it sets the delivery time above, and because it is the single thing customers most often want to know before they buy.

Import duty and customs charges are already covered. You will not be asked to pay anything extra when the parcel arrives.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to show its first scan. That gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

If your order is late

Contact us if 20 business days have passed and nothing has arrived. Email support@festiviaz.com with your order number and we will trace the parcel. If it cannot be found, you choose a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address

Check your address before you pay. We can change it only while the order is still processing. Email support@festiviaz.com within 24 hours of ordering. Once the parcel ships, the address is fixed, and a parcel returned to sender is refunded minus the original shipping cost.
