This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you get it deleted. It covers festiviaz.com, an online store operated by HELM COMMERCE LLC, and applies to residents of every US state, with extra rights for California residents set out below. Last updated September 26, 2026.
What we collect

We do not collect your full card number. It goes straight to our payment processor and never reaches our systems.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts this store and processes orders.
- Our payment processor, which takes the payment.
- Our supplier and the carriers, who receive your name, address and phone so the parcel can be delivered. Our supplier is located in China, so your delivery details are transferred there.
- Advertising and analytics partners, where such tools are enabled on this site. Under some state laws this may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out at Your Privacy Choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
International transfer
Your delivery details are sent outside the United States. Fulfilling your order requires it, because the warehouse that packs your parcel is in China. Only what the warehouse and carrier need to deliver is transferred. Payment details are not.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years because tax law requires it. Support messages are kept for 2 years. Technical logs are kept for 12 months. Marketing contacts are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
Cookies
The site sets cookies that keep your cart working and remember you are signed in. Those cannot be switched off without breaking checkout. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and you can refuse them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, and we answer within 45 days. Email support@festiviaz.com from the address on the order. We may ask one question to confirm it is you. Exercising these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
California residents
Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, request deletion, request correction, and opt out of sale or sharing. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You may appoint an authorized agent, who must provide written proof.
Children
This site is not for children and we do not knowingly collect their data. Write to support@festiviaz.com if you believe a child has given us information and we will delete it.
